transmission wont take any gear. all fluid levels are fine, pressure in cooler lines is fine, linkage is fine. i have tried everything i know to check. it doesnt matter what i do, it will not take any gear.

Are the insides of the 722.6xx transmissions all the same? Specifically do they all use the same hard parts?

got a 190e 1991 2.3 engine transmission works ok driving on reverse slips hardly moves but still works on reverse read the bulletin on slipping and or no reverse what do I need ( gaskets parts and tools) to do it my self redo the body valve my transsmission is 722.408 the complete number is 722408 02 918...

Recently replaced filter and fluid, now slips going into 3rd. any suggestions, do I need an overhaul 200,000 miles. Do you think a backflush would help? Drives fine after it goes into 3rd.would appreciate any suggestions. thanks Steve

We just changed fluid and filter and install a new modulator, also checked vacum lines and still doing the same. thanks for your help.
