2000 Jetta - 2.0L - 01m auto trans - trans code FDF

No Trouble Codes..

So I've been trying to diag an issue in the last two weeks, in which
going from highspeeds(50mph+?) to a slow roll(say 25 - 40mph?), it'll intermittently clunk then not have any power while accelerating. Almost like stuck in neutral but not quite. It'll stay that way until I pull over and come to a complete stop.. I've forced it once and i heard a hissing wind up buzzing sound then it went into gear.

Using vagcom I have been logging
Measure blocks 007 of the auto trans module to and from work. For the first week or so I could not recreate the problem and all logs appeared to be normal..  A couple days ago it happened and I caught this in the logs..

The white line is the cursor
.

79.3% spike of Accelerator Pedal Position from 0

95.3% spike of Accelerator Pedal Position from 0

Heres the actual log file..

Any ideas why the "Accelerator Pedal Position" would be spiking with my foot off the pedal and simultaneously having the RPMs go down in the spike?
