i have a 02 beetle tdi auto. that has no regverse.the car shifts great through the forward gears,any help please

Hi, what can I do ?? I have the CVT transmission in my Audi A6. After I come to a stop, the car dont wont move any more, I accelerate over 3000rpm then he jumps with big bang and drive again. revers is perfect
